Groups that are for include the California Democratic Party. As of interest groups, there are no particular interest groups with a strong focus on the passage of prop 13. A notable group in support, however, is the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees(AFSCME). 
Out of all the state propositions, Prop 13 is the least controversial one. It does not have any formal or organized opposition. In the state voter guide no arguments against the proposition were published, but the California Nurses Association has endorsed a no to this proposition.
